At iCharge Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We specialize in premium-quality NFC Apple adapters and Apple charging leads, and we stand behind the quality of our products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • The product must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Not working properly

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or physically damaged products (after delivery)
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse, water, or improper handling
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. Our team will inspect the product.
  2. You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  3. If approved:
    • Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
    • Amount will be returned via original payment method or bank transfer

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still unresolved, contact us directly
