At iCharge Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We specialize in premium-quality NFC Apple adapters and Apple charging leads, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The product must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Not working properly
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or physically damaged products (after delivery)
- Items missing original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse, water, or improper handling
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Our team will inspect the product.
- You will be notified of approval or rejection.

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

- Contact your payment provider
- If still unresolved, contact us directly
